OKÜ İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri öğretim üyeleri Doç. Dr. Fatih Çağatay Baz ve Doç. Dr. Ahmet Doğan’ın proje ekibinde yer aldığı “Öğrenciler İçin Yapay Zekâ Öğretimi: Yapaydan Yaşama” başlıklı proje, TÜBİTAK 4004 Programı altında açılan Doğa Eğitimleri ve Bilim Okulları Destekleme Programı “Yapay Zekâ” alanında desteklenmeye hak kazandı.
Bilimsel değerlendirme süreci tamamlanan ve eğitimlerine 10 Haziran’da başlanan proje ile öğrencilerin yapay zekâ yöntem ve teknikleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaları, bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirmeleri, yapay zekanın çalışma alanlarının ne olduğunun farkına varmaları, yapay zekâ yöntemini kullanarak örnek uygulamalar geliştirmeleri ve 21. yüzyıl becerileriyle donatılmış bireyler olmaları hedefleniyor.
